The Crasto Rosé transports you to the Douro's schist slopes, with its intense aromas of peppery spice, redcurrant, raspberry and rock dust. It is brisk, crisp and bright, with an alluring hint of white peach iced tea. It's no surprise that this has plenty of personality - it's made mostly from the characterful Touriga Nacional, fleshed out by a little Tinta Roriz.

Winemaking
The grapes are taken to the winery in 22 kg plastic boxes. On arrival in the winery they are rigorously inspected on a sorting table, then destemmed and slightly pressed. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 14ºC for 30 days.
