Made from 100% Pinot Gris grapes, Mabillot Reuilly Rosé is a very pale copper-tinged pink colour. It has a deliciously juicy aroma of drippingly-ripe yellow plums and peaches, while on the palate it is fresh yet rounded, with lovely texture. This is an absolutely, dangerously, deliciously drinkable rosé wine.

Winemaking
Mechanical harvest. Grapes are pneumatically pressed at low pressure. Juice is cold settled. Slow fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless stell tanks for 2 or 3 weeks. Wine is aged on fine lees for about 5 months. No fermentation malolactic in order to preserve freshness.
