This wine owes its name to the four winds that sweep the Fitou terroir: the Tramontane, the Marin, the Mitgjorn and the Levant. Deep garnet red. The nose presents lifted aromas of ripe fruit, fresh spices and native vegetation. The palate offers intense notes of ripe fruit, spices, leather.

Winemaking
2 types of vinification are used. Firstly Carbonic maceration for 20 days at a high temperature for the Carignan. Fermentation and maceration for 3 weeks at 28°C for the Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre. Ageing is 12 months in stainless steel tanks, blending, then bottling within 18 months of the harvest. Stored in climate-controlled cellar.
