There’s a big burst of lemony freshness, into bold juniper and a great dose of cassia. It’s like a gin, only ginnier, with all of its flavours - be they pine, spiced or citrus - coming through clear and amplified. Add rosemary in a G&T.
Process
Doghouse make their base spirit in house, using a bespoke column still that allows them to reach 96% ABV. Once made they steep in botanicals and redistil it into to single shot London Dry method.

Owned by husband and wife Braden and Katherine Saunders - given the name of the gin (a person who behaves in a rebelliously unconventional manner) - you'd expect nothing less for the team behind it. Distillers by trade, Rock and Rollers at heart.
