A blend of rums aged for up to eight years, the Mantuano has notes of dried fruit and vanilla. Delicious in a Mary Pickford or Negroni. It can also be enjoyed neat.
Process
DUSA produce rums from sugar cane molasses and sugar cane honey (molasses for light rums and sugar cane honey for heavy rums). Both are first distilled in column stills with the second distillation of heavy rums taking place in copper pot stills.
