An excitingly vibrant white from the Roussillon region, with Albariño-like lemongrass, honeysuckle, peach and sherbet lemon aromas. It is fresh and taut on the palate, with lean texture and superb length. This can - and should - be enjoyed immediately, and cries out for all manner of seafood dishes, however its tense, mineral undercurrent suggests that it could also develop with bottle age.
