Process
Chase Vodka is infused with thick-cut marmalade and ribbons of Seville orange peel. It's then distilled along with orange peel from Valencia. The double distilled, dual peeled, flavoured vodka is then aged in oak barrels for six months.
People
The Chase family have been distilling since 2008, but their potatoes were already well known in the form of Tyrrells crisps. They decided to enter the spirit market after noticing an opportunity to implement a "from scratch" approach to distilling.
Place
Chase Distillery makes several vodkas, gins and liqueurs, all from scratch on their Herefordshire farm. The team welcome visitors to poke their noses around the distillery and surrounding orchards, with taster-heavy tours available to all.
