Process
GB Gin is crafted by distilling their own base spirit with 10 botanicals; juniper, coriander seed, bitter almond, cinnamon bark, ginger, cloves, angelica root, liquorice root, lemon peel, and cardamom.
People
The Chase family have been distilling since 2008, but their potatoes were already well known in the form of Tyrrells crisps. They decided to enter the white spirit market after realising that people weren’t exploring terroir enough.
Place
Chase Distillery makes several vodkas, gins and liqueurs, all from scratch on their farm. The team welcome visitors to poke their noses around the distillery and surrounding orchards, with taster-heavy tours available to all.
