Winemaking
Hand-harvested grapes are gently pressed before fermentation in French oak barriques. The wine undergoes regular bâtonnage while maturing on its fine lees for around 10 months, followed by bottle ageing. This careful élevage adds richness, texture and complexity while preserving the freshness and elegance of the Chardonnay.
