Beautiful golden hue with perfect clarity and lively bubbles. Elegant and delicate on the nose, Alliances opens on notes of mature yellow fruit and finishes on slightly roasted flavours. Appreciated for its spontaneity, the palate reveals an elegant and balanced maturity, that ends on a touch of candied citrus fruits.

Key Flavours
Serve
Obviously this high quality Champagne drinks beautifully on its own, with complexity from barrel fermentation and extended lees ageing, but it's freshness and fine mousse also make it a great base for Champagne cocktails.
Process
The base wine undergoes alcoholic fermentation in both temperature controlled stainless steel vats and 35hl casks. A high proportion of reserve wine is blended in (40%) and it is aged for a minimum of 3 years on lees.
People
Arnaud Robert’s family has been in Champagne since at least 1722, deeply rooted to the land around Fossoy in the Vallée de la Marne.
