Medium colour with a garnet hue. Lifted aromatics of rose petals, red berries, cola and a subtle fresh earthy note. Palate sits somewhere betweena rosè and red, it's medium bodied, soft and smashable, with refreshing acidity leaving you wanting more. Upfront red fruits, continuing with earthy, cola/anise characters and finishing with a peppery stalky spice. A great balance of sweet and savoury from the likes of Grenache and Mouvedre.

Winemaking
Grenache was picked early to maintain freshness and nautral acidity, fermented in open stainless fermenters with 30-50% wholebunch. Mouvedrè was picked a touch later to obtain the floral aromatics and also fermented in open stainless steel fermenters. Post ferment, the wines were went through secondary-ferment in stainless steel tanks for 4 months, giving time on lees to build texture, whilst maintaining freshness. To soften the wine, the blend comrimises of 78% Red, 14% Rosè and 8% White wines. The resulting wine comprimises of 15% wholebunch overall. Minimal SO2 added and no fining - making it vegan and vegetarian friendly!
