This is a fantastically classy Cabernet Franc, more than a little reminiscent of Château Cheval Blanc Saint Émilion Premier Grand Cru Classé. It displays rich yet refined aromas of tobacco and oriental spices: cardamom, clove, and a touch of cinnamon. Ripe red and black berries come through on the palate, balanced with wonderful freshness and incredibly silky tannins. A truly fine wine.

Winemaking
After rigorous fruit selection, the grapes are gently crushed and briefly cold soaked in stainless steel tanks. 28-day total maceration in the tank to preserve the character of Cabernet Franc. Aged for 17 months in new and used French oak barrels.
