Hand-harvested Sangiovese from the historic Paganelli vineyard. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel, followed by extended maceration to build depth and structure. Matured in large Slavonian oak casks, allowing the wine to evolve slowly while preserving its purity, elegance and distinctive Montalcino character.
