It lazily gloop-gloops from the bottle, and its lavish, unctuous texture caresses and soothes the palate like extra virgin olive oil. With the trend in recent years towards lean and austere Chardonnays, encountering one that readily displays its true colours is a rather refreshing change.

Biodynamics is a form of organic farming that emphasises the interrelationship of soil fertility and plant growth, drawing on Rudolf Steiner's theories that incorporates an astrological sowing and planting calendar.
Winemaking
Grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness over an extended harvest period. Vineyard blocks were kept separate until the best lots were blended together. The wine was fermented in 100% French oak barrels (30% new) for 18 months.
