Straw-yellow colour with intense green highlights. Nose: High aromatic intensity with a first touch of freshness, caramel and cocoa which reminds of the oak influence in the wine. Then the varietal fruit notes take place in a more ripe and soothing way: quince and apple compote. Palate: Balanced and structured. Round, full-bodied and powerful with a nice balanced acidity thanks to the bâtonnage, as well as spiced and long lasting.

Winemaking
Manual harvest in 20 kg crates. They are colled for 36 h at 5-10ºC then we do a cold pressing to guarantee a higher aroma conservation. Alcoholic fermentation at 16-18ºC in stainless steel. Then finishes the alcoholic fermentation in french oak (300-500L). Malolactic fermentation. 6 months of aginign in oak with bâtonnage. Transfers and rest in stainless steel for 12 months until coupages. Proteic stabilization. Cold stabilization plus filtering. Bottling.
