You might have tried MAN wines before, since we have been recommending them for more than 15 years. However, they are worth revisiting, for their brilliant quality and exceptional value.
In 2001, brothers, Philip and Tyrrell Myburgh (of Joostenberg fame) and their friend, José Conde (Stark Condé), embarked on a hobby endeavour of making delicious, affordable wines, for everyday enjoyment. What had been very much a 'man' project was diplomatically named after their wives—Marie, Anette and Nicky. It has since expanded into a much larger family of employees and vine growers, and the new winery has further enhanced quality, while maintaining the original focus on value.
It's what's inside the bottle that counts...but the vibrant, beautifully-designed labels really do reflect the juicy, lip-smacking contents. We encourage you to try these delicious wines.
