Winemaking
Harvesting is done manually: the most perfectly ripe grapes are placed into small 17 kg crates. Produced to the south of Lake Garda, where only vineyards on relatively flat terrain and of a clayey-calcareous nature are considered suitable. Produced from Turbiana (formerly Trebbiano di Lugana), and up to 10% other white varieties.
