An extraordinarily subtle, restrained Chardonnay, this displays evocative barrel cellar and pine forest aromas, while the palate has understated concentration and intensity. With masses of potential, it has real length and persistence of flavour. This would be worth either decanting to enjoy fully now, or allowing it to develop in the bottle for another 1-2 years.

Press Review
94/100 - This is a little young now, but the depth of aromas and flavors is obvious. Full-bodied and creamy, with good concentration of fruit and a long finish. The wine comes from La Dicha of Casablanca and was fermented in 100% new oak barrels. Drink from 2026.
