There are juicy tropical fruit aromas and just a hint of herbaceousness, while generous fruit on the palate complements crisp, well-integrated acidity. Sauvignon performs best when planted in the coolest sites, in which the breeze picks up in the afternoon, causing 'warrelwinds', or dust devils among the vines.

After pressing and settling, the must was inoculated and fermented over 22 days in stainless steel tanks at 13°C. The wine was fined and filtered before bottling.
