Carefully selected Verdicchio grapes are softly pressed before temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. The wine remains in stainless steel for four months, preserving its fresh varietal character and vibrant acidity. It then undergoes three months of bottle maturation, allowing the palate to develop greater harmony, texture and precision.
