Acquiring its rich flavour profile by liquid drawn from carefully matured & married casks of malt, grain and pot still whiskey - this is Irish whisky with complexity. Sweet and easy sipping, but with a subtle peat note to add depth.
Process
Two Stacks is made from a five part blend from Virgin Oak Grain, Ex-Bourbon Grain, Ex-Oloroso Pot Still, Ex-Bourbon Double Distilled Malt and Ex-Bourbon Peated Malt.
People
Two Stacks is owned and operated by Ireland Craft Beers, who are a well known importer and distributor for some of the most well known Irish drinks around the world.
Place
Currently, all core expressions are blended at Great Northern Distillery in Dundalk, Co. Louth, where the Two Stack team work closely with master blender Brain Watts to perfect each batch.
