In the mouth, amazing freshness for white wine that's six years old, with good acidity and the same purity and precision of flavours on the palate as aromas on the nose. As well as rosepetal and melon, there are hints of pear, red apple, ripe muscat grapes and almond oil. Lingering finish.

Winemaking
The grapes are harvested at maturity then crushed and delicately pressed in a pneumatic press. Vinified in a dry style in stainless steel vats and old casks. No malolactic fermentation, or long ageing on lees in order to preserve freshness, liveliness and fruity aromas. Bottled in spring, then 2 years of ageing minimum in the cellar.
