Winemaking
At the end of fermentation after racking, the wine begins a period of maturation that lasts for about 10 months on its fine lees with periodic bâtonnage, with the aim of increasing its aromatics and taste pleasantness. At the end of this period, the wine is ready to be bottled to perfect its aging before tasting.
