Naturally fermented in French oak (around 50% new) and aged for a year on the lees, it is full bodied and textured with a long, bright finish. Will gain additional complexity with cellaring.

100% Chenin Blanc sourced from bush vines on Clovelly soils in Stellenbosch. Grapes are hand selected across up to 10 passes through the vineyard, harvested at peak ripeness. Naturally fermented in French oak barriques, approximately 50% new, and aged for 12 months on the lees.
