Vanilla with light charring and a touch of dried fruits and spice. To taste, creamy peat smoke layered with light fruits and tannin-rich wood. A lasting finish of smoking embers, floral honey and woody sugars.
Process
Made using odyssey barley, grown on Cotswolds farms and floor-malted at Warminster Maltings. Two complementary yeast varieties - Anchor and Fermentis - are used. Aged in Ex-peated quarter casks from Scotland.

Cotswolds Distillery was built by ambitious American Daniel Szor, who decided to open a distillery due to a deep-rooted passion for Whisky. Before long, though, he realised just how much he also enjoyed experimenting with Gin flavours…
Place
Based in one of the most scenic areas in Britain, Cotswolds Distillery is something of a hub for tourists and spirits fans alike. Their whisky range is widely regarded by critics as one of the best amongst the new craft additions to the category.
