Process
100% locally grown malt traditionally floor malted barley from the Cotswolds is fermented with two yeast varieties - Anchor and Fermentis, distilled and aged in a blend of select ex-Bourbon, STR red wine and Peated casks.

Nestled amongst the rolling hills of the Cotswolds countryside, the Cotswolds Distillery was born in 2014 when founder Dan Szor had a dream to produce delicious spirits in one of the most beautiful regions in the world.
Place
The Cotswolds Harvest Series is released once a year and celebrates the beautiful landscape of the Cotswolds through the art of painting and whisky blending - each presentation tube features an original painting by local artist Josephine Trotter.
