Winemaking
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently crushed before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve fruit purity and freshness. A carefully managed maceration extracts colour, flavour and soft tannins. The wine is then matured for 2 months in French barriques, adding subtle spice, complexity and a silky texture.
