Process
Each botanical is distilled individually (each with their own parameters) to create a series of flavour notes, which distiller Ric then blends together to an exacting recipe to create the perfect symphony.
People
Founded in 2016 by Ric Dyer, a chemist who worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 30 years. Deciding to follow his passion for food and drink, he uses his science knowledge to produce innovative spirits using ingredients from the local area.

Located in Benburb, Northern Ireland, Woodlab Distillery combines selected natural ingredients and scientific processes to create the finest botanical spirits that showcase their countryside home.
