A gloriously bright, dewy-fresh Riesling, like a sparklingly sunny morning, with aromas of lemongrass, orange sorbet, mango juice and sherbet lemons. Dry and tingly on the palate, with notes of pomelo, white peach, sour raspberry and a suggestion of grapefruit pith. It is already irresistibly yummy, and will become even more so as it gains textural roundness over coming months.

Winemaking
From Riesling clone 293 vines, grown on tukulu soil, which is derived from granite and has good water-retention properties. After de-stemming and juicing in a closed press, fermentation took place at low temperature (14 degrees C) in stainless steel tanks to retain aromatic vibrancy.
