This classic Soave owes its distinctiveness to well-drained hillside sites, and complex soils of volcanic origin. Crafted using traditional practises from pure Garganega grapes, it has subtle notes of elderflower, sage, mint, cherry blossom and gooseberry, and an incisive edge reminiscent of fine Chablis. Vibrant acidity, and peach and apricot flavours on the palate develop into subtle notes of honeyed ripeness on the long-lasting finish.
