The recipe for the Atlantic Strength takes the same six botanicals, but adapts the dosage to increase the intensity. The also add in a local Atlantic fennel foraged from Old Town Bay.

The inspiration for Scilly Island Gin recipe refers back to 1665 when the survivors of a ship, wrecked around Bishop Rock, were rescued by bold crewmen in pilot gig boats from this island, St Mary’s.
