Winemaking
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with an extended skin maceration to extract colour, flavour and soft tannins. The wine is then matured in oak, adding subtle spice, complexity and a smooth, velvety texture while preserving its rich fruit character.
