Ruggeri was established in 1950 by Giustino Bisol. Today, the winery is managed by his son Paolo and his grandchildren, Giustino and Isabella. Known for producing top quality Prosecco di Valdobbiadene DOCG, Ruggeri's collection of Proseccos is widely regarded as some of the finest from the region. The family remains deeply involved in the business, ensuring that the legacy and high standards set by Giustino Bisol are maintained and enhanced with each generation.

Ruggeri sets itself apart through its meticulous viticultural and winemaking practices. The winery places a strong emphasis on maintaining the authenticity and quality of Prosecco. This includes selecting the best Glera grapes from the Valdobbiadene region and employing traditional winemaking techniques. Ruggeri's commitment to quality is evident in their use of the Charmat method, which is carefully managed to produce Prosecco with exceptional flavour and finesse. It’s this attention to detail and dedication to preserving the unique character that makes Ruggeri Prosecco stand out, offering a distinctive expression in a word full of Prosecco choices.

Ruggeri is also committed to environmental and sustainability initiatives, recognising the importance of preserving the land for future generations. The winery employs eco-friendly practices such as reducing chemical use in vineyards and implementing energy-efficient technologies in the winemaking process. By integrating these practices, Ruggeri not only produces high-quality Prosecco but also contributes to the long-term health and sustainability of the Valdobbiadene region.
