Winemaking
The grapes undergo four days of cold pre-fermentation maceration to enhance fresh, fruity aromas. Temperature-controlled fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks for 10 days with gentle, limited pump-overs. After moderate-pressure pneumatic pressing and malolactic fermentation, the wine is tank-aged for eight months.
