Winemaking
The Pulp Fiction range is Erich Machherndl’s outlet for rule-breaking experimentation. Pulp Fiction No. 7 is a unique, equal blend of Frühroter Veltliner, Muscat, and Weissburgunder. Skin-fermented in 300L oak casks, this unfiltered, zero-sulfur wine gains rich body, deep flavor, and a distinct orange hue that completely defies classification.
