These promotional terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with our general terms and conditions.

12 Bottle Multibuy Discount Terms & Conditions

The 12+ bottle Multibuy discount is offered on all indicated wines.
The discount is applied automatically at checkout when 12 or more bottles are added to the basket.
The 12 bottles that trigger the Multibuy can include spirits, but there's no extra discount on the spirits themselves.
Case discounts do not apply to pre-discounted mixed cases, wine gifts, accessories, event tickets, in-bond or pre-arrival offers.

Great Wine Rewards Terms & Conditions

All registered customers with The Great Wine Co. website are eligible to receive Great Wine Rewards points.
Great Wine Rewards points are personal to the registered customer and cannot be shared or re-assigned.
The Great Wine Rewards scheme is for consumer use and we reserve the right to withdraw membership of the scheme from any trade customer found to be using the scheme.
Great Wine Rewards points, and vouchers issued on redemption of points, remain the property of Enotria Winecellars Ltd, have no cash redemption value, are not for resale or publication, and are valid in the United Kingdom and Isle of Man only.
When points are redeemed, a voucher code is issued on-screen and confirmed by email; lost voucher codes cannot be replaced.
Great Wine Rewards vouchers must be redeemed against an order with a minimum value of £50, regardless of the voucher value.
We reserve the right to withdraw the Great Wine Rewards scheme at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to suspend membership, or cancel Great Wine Reward points in the event that any customer is in breach of these or our general terms and conditions.
See the notes below on the use of voucher codes; attention is particularly drawn to the limitation of a single voucher code per order meaning that Great Wine Rewards vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher promotion, or multiple Great Wine Rewards vouchers applied to the same order.

The Great Wine Co. sign up discount voucher (for use online only) gives first time customers £10 off their first order with a minimum spend of £50.
Valid on first order only and limited to one use per customer.
The voucher code is sent via email.
Promotion activated when using the voucher code on the basket page.
Offer valid in conjunction with the case discount offers available and free delivery over £50.
Offer available with your first purchase on The Great Wine Co. website.
The Great Wine Co. reserves the right to end the voucher early without notice.

General Voucher Code Terms & Conditions

The following relates to any use of the “Voucher Code” box:
Valid voucher codes are those issued directly to customers either by The Great Wine Co. (by email, post or online) or via authorised third party partners (by email, post or online).
We do not warrant the validity of any voucher code issued via any other source, and reserve the right to cancel any order using a code not directly issued to a customer.
Beneficiaries of overall discount schemes including, but not limited to, NHS staff, Enotria&Coe staff, friends and family, and commercial partners, are not entitled to any further discounts and we reserve the right to cancel any order where a voucher code is attempted to be applied.
Only a single voucher code can be applied per order.

The Great Wine Co. Survey Terms & Conditions

To enter the competition via the survey, every question has to be completed and email address submitted.
To enter the competition without filling out the survey, please send a post card titled ‘Rapaura Springs prize draw’ with your name and contact details to: Enotria Winecellars Ltd T/A The Great Wine Co., Wells Road, Bath, BA2 3AP.
Entrants must be 18 year old or over and be resident in the UK mainland to enter.
The prize draw to win a six-bottle case of Reserve Sauvignon Blanc, Rapaura Springs, runs from the 1 May, 2024 to the 31 August, 2024. On the 1 September, 2024, another prize will be selected.
The prize winner will be chosen at random and notified. The draw will be within one week of the closing date published.
Winners of the prize will be contacted privately, there will not be an announcement.
The prize cannot be changed or swapped for monetary value.
Prizes will only be sent to addresses on the UK mainland. Excludes Channel islands.
The Great Wine Co. reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the prize draw at any moment.

The Great Spring Tasting - wine review competiton Terms and Conditions.

Promotional Period: 08/05/2025 00:00 to 02/06/2025 23:59. Entries received after this date will not be eligible.

To enter this competition, entrants must either (1) complete the paper forms at The Great Spring Tasting event on 8th May, or (2) complete the online form (The Great Spring Tasting Wine Review Form) and agree for their ‘first name’ and ‘review’ to be published on greatwine.co.uk, via marketing literature and other promotional material, if selected to appear.
Having a review chosen for publication is unrelated to winning the prize in this competition.
The wine reviewed does not have to be part of The Great Spring Tasting, however it must be currently available on greatwine.co.uk
Each review needs to relate to the wine to which it pertains.
Reviews must not contain defamatory, abusive, or offensive language.
Reviews must not contain personal details of the reviewer or anyone else.
Reviews will be entered into a prize draw - The ‘Prize’ is a six-bottle case of wine, determined by the ‘prize giver’ who is The Great Wine Co. The content of the ‘prize’ is at the discretion of the ‘prize giver’.
To increase your chance of winning, you may enter more than one valid review, up to a maximum of 10 reviews, however duplicate reviews (same reviewer, same wine) will be treated as a single entry
No purchase necessary.
To enter the competition without entering a review in the competition, please send a postage paid card titled ‘Review prize draw’ with your name and contact details to: Enotria Winecellars Ltd T/A The Great Wine Co., Wells Road, Bath, BA2 3AP, arriving before the closing date of 2nd June 2025

The ‘prize winner’ will be selected at random from all valid entries made on or before the closing date.
The ‘Prize winner’ will be contacted privately, there will not be an announcement.
The ‘prize’ cannot be swapped for a monetary value, and no cash alternative is offered.
The 'prize winner' can request at the point of notification for a non-alcoholic equivilent to be provided. The contents of which are at the descretion of the 'prize giver'.
Prizes will only be sent to addresses on the UK mainland. This excludes Channel islands.
The Great Wine Co. reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the prize draw at any time, and without notification.
This competition is not open to employees of The Great Wine Co., Enotria winecellars, Majestic wine, or members of their households and immediate family.
Winner Notification: Winner(s) will be notified by email via the address provided at point of entry within 14 days of the closing date and will have 14 days from notification to claim their prize(s).
If a winner does not claim their prize within this timeframe the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and will award the prize to a reserve drawn at the same time as the original.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date email contact details (email address) when entering the prize promotion. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

The Great Wine Co. reserves the right to withdraw or suspend Prize Draws at any time.
