Vanilla and buttery pastry lead the aroma as the vanilla makes itself clear, while peppery undertones linger under. The vanilla intensity builds to taste, before a gently spiced (peppery) finish lingers with subtle vanilla.
Process
The Distillery take a potato based neutral spirit and re-distil it once more the old fashioned way in a copper pot still. Once made this is infused with Madagascan vanilla pods.
