To create this blush Pinot Grigio, grapes are gently crushed and cold-macerated on their skins before fermenting in temperature-controlled steel tanks. Parcels undergo varying maceration times, then are blended for balance. No oak is used, and the wine is fined, stabilised and bottled hygienically on-site to preserve freshness and purity.
