Winemaking
A blend of mainly Piedirosso with Guarnaccia and other local varieties. The must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel with four days of skin maceration to gently extract colour, fruit and soft tannins. The wine is then bottle aged for 90 days before release, preserving its freshness and vibrant character.
