Careful bunch selection and relaxed maceration make for a Valpolicella that improves its balance, vibrant tannic structure and persistency thanks to one year of ageing in oak barrels. After a further period of 6 months in the bottle, the wine is ready to display the superior character of this special site in the Valpolicella Classica area.

94/100 - Graphite, smoke, pomegranate, cherry pits, straw and cinnamon with chalky minerality. The attack is slightly austere, with a light frame and body. There’s tension from zesty acidity and biting tannins, but the finish is good. Corvina with a drop of rondinella.
