Deep ruby and dark purple with bright violet edges. Layers of blackcurrant, blackberry and cassis on the nose mixed with floral violet, lavender, mint, sage and a hint of cigar box or graphite. Concentrated dark berries, black cherry and plum on the palate, backed by savoury notes of black pepper, liquorice and a cool eucalyptus freshness. Exceptionally long, crisp and lingering finish.

Winemaking
The harvest is done by hand and the fermentation takes place in small oak barrels, concrete and stainless-steel tanks, at temperatures of 26-28oC for about 15 days. The total maceration lasts between 18 and 22 days. The wine carries out the malolactic fermentation and is then aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.
