" Very fresh nose with raspberry and peachy-like aromas, as well as some rich, earthy notes. Nice complexity here. Medium-to full-bodied with persistent fruit and lightly firm tannins that pick up plenty of spicy notes. Long finish. This has lots to offer, but give it a year or two to put things in order. This is better than the 2016. Best from 2023. "
Winemaking
Maceration: traditional, floating cap for minimum 20 days. Maturation: 12 months in Slavonia casks and French oak tonneaux. Aging in the bottle: 12 months.
