Representing the essence of Ribeiro's historic Avia Valley, Meín Castes Brancas is a wine from small-scale vineyards spread across slopes and terraces displaying an impressive array of different soils. It is full of fresh, green aromas of lemongrass, kiwi and fennel fronds, and is tangy, lean, focused and long. You might call it 'Spanish Chablis'. After exposure to air, a rounder, more generous mouthfeel develops, with gorgeously peachy fruit, typical of the Treixadura grape. This is an historic assemblage of Treixadura, with smaller percentages of Godello, Albariño, Torrontés, Loureira, Caiño Blanco, and Lado.
