Winemaking
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with a carefully managed skin maceration to extract colour, flavour and soft tannins. The wine is matured in stainless steel before bottle ageing, preserving the purity of fruit, freshness and varietal character.
