Process
Destilería El Pandillo is one of the most respected distilleries in Mexico. Agave plants are slowly roasted in brick ovens, crushed and macerated with their fibres. Following fermentation with rainwater, it's distilled in small copper pot stills.

Owned by a cooperative of Agave Farmers and Distillers in the ArteNom company: Tequila ArteNOM presents regional tequila selections of distinct altitude, heritage, agave cultivation, and distillation technique.
