La Servil has deep, juicy aromas of black cherries, raspberries, blanched almonds and a hint of liquorice. It has a bright, fresh, vivacious personality on the palate, with irresistible juiciness and soft, gentle texture. Both refreshing and satisfying at the same time, this is capable of keeping, but it's absolutely irresistible straight away. For Juanjo and Carlos Cerdán's grandfather, 'La Servil' was synonymous with the highest quality fruit - the vineyard district of Fuente-Álamo that consistently produced the best. This wine comes from two parcels of ungrafted vines, one facing south and the other north.

Press Review
94/100 - Yet again, the new vintage of this wine shows off the prettier side of Monastrell. Rose petal and talc aromas combine with red cherry fruit, opening to a lively palate with a chalky texture. Tannins are ripe but supportive, and while the wine is light on its feet, it lacks nothing in fruit concentration. An energetic wine that highlights the immense drinkability potential of Jumilla. 2025-29
