Process
Under the care of seventh-generation distillers Knob Creek’s mission is to produce full-flavoured whiskeys which have been patiently aged, in order to soak up the complexities from the charred-oak barrels.
People
Knob Creek was launched in 1992, under the direction of Booker Noe, who is the grandson of Jim Beam. Booker’s son, Fred Noe, is now at the helm of distilling proudly keeping the family legacy going.
Place
Distilled at the Jim Beam distillery in Clermont Kentucky, Knob Creek takes its name from the creek which ran through Abraham Lincoln’s family home.
