Fresh bright citrus pops throughout (the botanical line up includes orange, lemon and pink grapefruit peel) alongside a floral elderflower sweetness. Bitter wormwood and warming spice completes the profile. Great for a Spritz!
Process
19 botanicals are extracted and distilled before being blended with a spirit and Trebbiano wine base. Once blended they are resrted for six months in stainless steel tanks before being chill filtered and bottled.

Starlino is the creation of American drinks mavens Biggar & Leith, who enlisted Denis Muni and Beppe Ronco to create their recipe - both of who have worked at Torino Distillati for over 20 years and are natives of the Piedmont Region
Place
Although Hotel Starlino is a fictional place, Torino Distillati is located just outside of Turin (in the heartlands of Italian Vermouth) and have a reputation for producing some of the most consistantly high quality aperitifs.
