The Great Wine Rewards is our way of saying thank you to our amazing customers for their ongoing support. You earn points as you shop, as well as extra bonuses for following us on social media and recommending us to your friends.

See that little box in the bottom-right of the page? That's where it is all managed. Everyone who is registered with us online is automatically included. You don't have to do anything to collect Great Wine Rewards, and when it's time to redeem your points you simply convert them into a voucher code which you can then enter in the online checkout.

How it works

You can access your Great Wine Rewards via the widget that floats in the bottom-right of the screen. If you're signed in to The Great Wine Co., you'll see your points balance, and any unclaimed vouchers. If you're not signed in, you'll need to sign in to access your account. If you're a new customer, you'll need to register - which will earn you 1000 points straight away!

To redeem your points for a wine voucher, you'll see a ‘Next reward’ section where you can view your redemption options. Just move the slider to the right to claim your maximum reward voucher and then click ‘Redeem’ to receive a unique discount code for the appropriate amount. You can copy this to your clipboard, or click ‘Apply code’ to add the voucher to your current basket in the online store. Don't worry if you lose it - it will be emailed to you as well.

Please be aware that there is a limit of a single voucher code per transaction with The Great Wine Co. If you have multiple wine vouchers these will need to be spent in different transactions.

Your questions answered

Are there any restrictions to using reward vouchers?

You can redeem a minimum of 500 and a maximum of 5000 Great Wine Rewards points at a time. Reward vouchers can only be redeemed against a minimum order value of £50, regardless of the voucher value.

Do my points ever expire?

Points are not currently set to expire. If we change this in the future, we will of course let you know first.

How can I refer a friend?

1) Sign in to your Great Wine Co. account.

2) Click the Great Wine Co. logo in the top left corner to go to the homepage.

3) On the homepage, click the Great Wine Rewards button in the bottom right corner.

4) Under "Refer your friends", you'll find your unique referral link. Click the copy button to grab it and share it with your friends. A £10 voucher will be emailed to you as soon as your friends place their first order after clicking your link. 

In order for your code to work, your friends need to use it on their first order. If your friend was already a customer of The Great Wine Co. when they received your code then sorry, but you won't receive a bonus.

I’ve Been Referred. How do I get £10 off my first order?

1) Click the referral link your friend sent you.

2) A pop-up will appear in the bottom right corner.

3) Enter your email and click “Claim Your Gift.”

4) We’ll email you a promo code for £10 off your first order. Use it at checkout.

Once your order is placed, your friend will also receive their £10 voucher on their email.

Can I collect points in your shop?

Yes, you can, but you will need to have registered online first. When you shop in-store we can make sure that your in-store account has a matching email address and once a month we'll add in-store transactions to the matching online account.

Can I redeem reward vouchers in your shop?

Not yet unfortunately. In the meantime your shop purchases will earn you points, as long as your online account and shop accounts have a matching email address, and points can be redeemed for online purchases. 

Are there any other terms and conditions?

The standard terms and conditions of any voucher promotion apply at all times.
