Expect raspberry jam and candied rhubarb sweetness (almost reminiscent of raspberry ripple ice cream). Citrus follows leading to pink peppercorn tinged finish with.

Process

Glaswegin is distilled using Scottish milk thistle, Italian juniper, coriander seed, angelica, orange flower, chamomile flower, pink peppercorns & bay leaf. This flavoured edition also infuses raspberry & Rhubarb post distillation.

People

Glaswegin was founded in 2017 by Andy McGeoch, with the gin emerging two years later. The monochrome bottle was designed by award-winning designer and Glasgow School of Art graduate, Paul Gray.

Place

Glaswegin is produced under contract in Tradeston (in the southside of Glasgow), by urban craft distiller Illicit Spirits.
